£40,000 - £120,000 + Benefits
As the economic pinch continues to hurt businesses, companies are more and more looking to efficiency savings and performance improvement to add to the bottom line, particularly in their Supply Chains. Various opportunities now exist to join several leading Management Consulting & Advisory firms in the UK, specifically in the area of Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Sourcing. Our clients are looking for experience across all sectors, but primarily Financial Services, Energy/Utilities, Consumer Goods, Oil/Gas and Public Sector/Healthcare.
Role & Responsibilities
We are ideally looking for candidates who have a very strong academic background, demonstrable rapid career progression within a blue chip or Consultancy environment with the desire to work within Management Consulting.
Essential Requirements
You must have very strong interpersonal skills with the punch and impact associated with a client-facing role.
You will possess a sound knowledge of either:
Supply Chain: Strategy, Planning/Scheduling and Transformation, Performance Improvement, Analytics or Integration.
Product Lifecycle Management/PLM: Service Management, Spare Parts Management, Asset Management, Warranty Management, Maintenance Repair & Overhaul.
Sourcing & Procurement: Purchase to Pay (P2P), Channel/Category Management, eProcurement, Procurement Technologies, SRM/Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier Segmentation/Performance
For senior roles, a Consulting background is essential, along with demonstrable experience of Sales/Business Development and C-level Client Management. Managing large scale client programmes and engagements, you will work at client CIO/CXO level, providing Business Advisory/Transformation expertise and leadership. Your role will be split between delivery and business development; therefore you will be a focal point for proposal/bid/proposition development and provide thought leadership internally & externally, along with mentoring junior consultants and managers.
For all roles, you MUST have UK experience and be eligible to live and work in UK.
