In response to strong market demand, we are seeking additional Managers to enhance our existing team, with experience of strategy development and implementation. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the future growth of our practice and work with a broad range of clients across a range of industries and government departments.
Responsibilities
* Participate in Strategy engagements
* Assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organising staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders
* Participate in business development initiatives
* Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
* Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training Strategy professionals
Experience and skills
* Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful and practical solutions
* Ability to influence and persuade clients and stakeholder to gain support for major changes and key decisions
* Experience of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation
You will have knowledge and experience in one or more of the following:
* Government & Public Sector
* Utilities
* Consumer Products
* Industrial Products
* Technology
* Communications & Entertainment
* Healthcare
* Professional experience working in either a global financial services firm, strategy consultancy, Blue Chip company or a strategic role within a leading public sector organisation
