Working with a leading British Institution you will be responsible for leading a major internal Business Systems Transformation project. You will lead a highly professional PMO team and be in charge of creating and maintaining the overall systems strategy.
The role involves:
• Strategic planning in terms of creating and maintaining the systems strategy and project plan
• Managing diverse groups of stakeholders
• Managing the delivery and implementation of the systems strategy
• Manage the timescales, budget and quality of the programme
• Provide leadership and direction to the PMO team
• Manage the risks to the programme’s successful outcome
We are looking for exceptional candidates with:
• Track record of successful programme delivery
• Strong evidence of stakeholder management across a variety of stakeholder groups/cultures/backgrounds
• Strong engagement and relationship building skills
• Technology Transformation project experience
• Experience of IT service delivery
• Man management experience of project managers, business analysts, technical specialists etc.
• Strong change management experience – people, processes and technology
• CRM and best practice business analysis methodology knowledge
• Prince 2 certification is a big bonus.
• Consultancy experience is an advantage
