My client is a prestigious and well known global brand in the Professional Services Sector with their offering extending to Audit, Advisory, Tax, Assurance and Transaction Services.
My client is striving for market leadership in M&A Transactions and they are looking to grow their IT M&A Advisory.
The current team support the whole deal lifecycle from initial assessment, operational due diligence, merger integration, carve out/separation, through to post deal value enhancement. The team carry out buy side and sell side engagements during transactions for corporate firms and private equity houses, as well as supporting corporate restructuring. They also provide non-deal related services to strategic clients. Our client have worked on some the world’s biggest and most prestigious M&A deals. Salaries are exceptional as one would expect with a client of this reputation and global reach.
Our client are specifically looking for candidates with the following Industry Sector experience: Financial Services, Mining, Consumer, Telecoms, Pharma/Biotech, Oil/Gas and Private Equity.
Here is a summary of what they are looking for:
IT M&A Advisory
• IT experience -.Functional experience will include IT Strategy & Governance, SI, IT Delivery, IT Sourcing, IT Infrastructure, IT Financials, IT Sourcing
• IT Experience working in consulting or for a well known Corporate firm in Financial Services, Mining, Consumer, Telecoms, Pharma/Biotech, Oil/Gas
• Good first degree and Masters or further qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA) is desirable
• Languages desirable but not essential e.g. French, Spanish or German
• No prior experience in M&A required but must have IT Strategy experience.
• Must have very good verbal and written skills in English
