Consulting Point work at all levels within Management Consulting from Global Managing Partners to consultant level. We have acquired an enviable reputation for executing successful team moves within the management consulting space with over 8 team moves to date.
Consulting Point are currently working with a number of leading management consulting firms who are investing significantly to acquire additional marketshare in the Financial Services space. Our clients are a mix of Strategy Houses, Big 4 and boutique consultancies which specialise only in the FS space.
We are interested in talking to Partners and Directors currently working in the Financial Services division of a consultancy in the UK with expertise in Investment Banking, Retail Banking or the Insurance Sector. We are also interested in teams of FS consultants.
Individuals or teams should have experience within one of the following areas:
• Programme Management
• Risk Management
• Finance Management/Transformation
• Regulation and Compliance
• IT Strategy, IT Risk & Security
• Analytics, Quants and Business Intelligence
• Change Management and Performance Improvement
• Outsourcing Strategy and Shared Service Centre Advisory and implementation
• C Level Strategy
• Customer and Channel Management
Ideally, Partners should be generating a minimum of £4million plus per annum and Directors a minimum of £1.5million per annum in sales.
We are also keen to talk to FS teams consisting of between 2 and 80 consultants. Ideally they will be led by a senior individual(s) (Head of Practice, Partners) who lead a team or consultants and are responsible for business development, a P&L, practice development, thought leadership and hiring.
