Our Tier 1 Client is currently expanding its advisory services division within the Customer space. This is a highly meaningful and decisive recruitment drive with the intent to hire the best quality consultants in the market to consolidate and expand our clients position.

We are looking for but not exclusive to the following skillsets:

- Customer Service.
- Sales and Channel management.
- Data Analytics.
- Sectors: Any across sectors – Utilities, Government, Retail, Utilities, (non-FS), Consumer Goods, Telecoms, Technology.
- Knowledge Areas: Any of the following: Innovate Commercial Insight, Operational Efficiency, Customer service improvement, contact centres and service channels, customer operating model, process design, customer intelligence, customer acquisition, customer retention, account and channel segmentation, data understanding, Sales force and marketing effectiveness, channel management and optimization, pricing models, bid management, Value propositions.
- Competencies: financial planning of projects, project leadership, management, identify risks.
