My clients offerings are to are designed to drive business, operational and IT change in the financial services domain. They combine Financial Services know-how, business consulting, process engineering and technology skills. This enables the optimisation of the design of business and operating models and associated detailed functional models, process and technology architectures.

Candidates should have gained professional experience of at least 7 years (or 10+ years for Partners) within the financial services industry, either as a consultant or an operations expert in a financial services institution
• Experience in front to-back-transformation projects
• Good understanding of front, middle and back office operations in one or more of the following domains and the IT systems supporting them:
• Project & Programme management
• Target Operating Model
• Background in process optimization techniques (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, etc).
• Understands the use of non-technology change enablers (e.g. organizational change, location strategies, sourcing strategies, etc
• Process improvement & BPR
• Risk management & compliance
• Finance transformation & shared services within FS
