People and Change Management - UK Wide
£50-£125k Base + Benefits
I currently am working with 3 different consulting firms all looking for Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager level People and Change consultants. Salary on offer ranges from £50k to £125k basic + excellent benefits.
There are 5 different areas we are looking for:
1. Change architecture - creating a change architecture that defines an integrated change journey for an organisation
2. Organisation design - creating an organisation design that determines effective organisation solutions to support the desired business outcomes
3. Culture and behavioural change - embedding cultural and behavioural change across an organisation to ensure that benefits are maintained
4. Leadership coaching - creating change leaders who are skilled and willing to drive change at all levels in the organisation
5. IT or ERP (eg SAP) Change Management
You should relevant professional experience of one of these 5 areas working in Big 4, global management consultancy firm or Blue Chip company/public sector.
There is no requirement for sector specialisation but strong insight into one or more of the following is desirable: Government & Public Sector, Chemicals & Utilities, Consumer Products & Industrial Products, Energy, Technology, Communications & Entertainment or Healthcare.
