Common requirements (Senior and Managing):
- Experience gained through assignments in strategy, transformation, process reengineering
- Experience in HR, IS/IT, Business Risk management functions (not exclusive)
- Engineer and/or MBA degree
- Good Analytical skill
- Good behaviour
- Intellectually curious
- Good Relational skills
