Your Profile- You will have a good undergraduate degree (minimum 2:1).
- You should have an MBA, PhD or post-graduate qualification in business, management, engineering or science.
- You should have:
Experience working in a Telco Services-related company for which you have delivered results you should have line management experience in a customer service operations, marketing, sales, service product management role;
And / or
Consulting experience in a recognised consulting firm; your experience should be focused on Telco Services with an emphasis on delivering measurable results or developing and implementing strategies, but not systems integration. - French or German or Nordics countries language skills a plus
Your Skills- You must be a self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You should be results driven and have demonstrated success through delivering measurable and impactful results.
- You should be team-oriented and prove your ability to contribute meaningfully to projects, and resolve issues with minimal oversight.
- You should be comfortable working at all levels of management
- You will have the drive and ambition coupled with the exceptional inter-personal skills needed to effect change and win the confidence of clients.
- You will have demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities and sell to (or influence) others.
