Role Description:

We are looking for talented Managers and Senior Mangers with proven experience in lean manufacturing.
You will be responsible for: programme management, managing the delivery of the specific programme deliverables (as defined in project charters) at sites and/or clients assigned. You will manage key account management activities within designated clients and support sector development activities, develop expert sector knowledge and productive networks at all levels within the sectors.
The sectors they operate in are wide ranging and include: Government, Financial Services, Utilities, Automotive, Consumer / Retail and Healthcare
You should be a Graduate or equivalent, with Manager level experience within Lean/Operations roles; and have specialist experience in one of the above sectors. You should have an established track record of managing large, high-performing, multi-disciplined teams across multiple locations/clients and a track record of account management and on-selling across a variety of clients. You should also be flexible to travel anywhere within the UK or overseas locations, as required
