Selecture are currently working with a leading consulting firm who are investing significantly to acquire additional marketshare. To this end, our client is currently very interested in Directors & Partners ( or VPS ) and even a team of Financial Services consultants, with expertise in either Retail banking, Investmant Banking or the Insurance Industry. The team should have experience providing consultancy within one of the following areas:
( but not limited to ):
regulatory change;
project & Programme management
CRM & customer transformaiton ( TCF );
risk & compliance
shared service centre set up & BPO Advisory
IT strategy & effectiveness;
Target operating model & operational excellence
finance transformation, change management and business process re-engineering.
Individual Directors should be able to generate a minimum of £2Million in phase 1 advisory consultancy work. For Partners we;d expect £3-4Million+.
We are also looking to talk to teams consisting of between 3 and 10 consultants. Ideally they will be led by a senior individual ( director or Partner or VP ) who spearheads business development and oversees thought leadership, go-to-market proposition, P&L and recruitment.
