You’ll deliver process and operations led supply chain improvements for blue chip businesses whilst building a brand that will be the leader in UK supply chain consulting.
Unlike larger organizations you'll start work on a client assignment as soon as you join; there is no “on-the-bench” time while you try to find an assignment.
Just as important you'll be working with, and meeting clients, from day one; they do not have “back-room” staff. This means you'll be typically work on client sites and when not working on client sites you'll work from home, thereby helping you to achieve a work-life balance.

Key Requirements at consultant level are:
• A good degree in relevant subject
• A successful record of making tangible improvements in transport and distribution, or manufacturing and planning, or procurement
• The desire to develop their own capabilities and those of their colleagues
At senior consultant level you'll also ideally have:
• Previous consulting experience at a recognised leading consultancy.
