We are interested in talking to management consultants ( from senior consultant right up to Partner level ) who are from a top tier strategy firm (AT Kearney, McKinsey, BCG, Bain etc) or have operational consulting or Transaction Services (buy side and sell side) experience from one of the Big 4 or boutique consultancies.
Specifically we are interested in talking to individuals with any of the following experience:
• Operational due diligence,
• Turnaround Implementation
• merger integration
• Post Merger Integration
• Transaction Advisory Services
• Corporate Restructuring
• M&A Advisory and Implementation
• Process Transformation
• Enterprise Wide Cost Reduction
• Process management, improvement and mapping toolkit
• Operating Model Implementation
• Performance improvement methodologies e.g. Lean/Six Sigma
• Supply Chain Re-engineering
Candidates must have deep industry experience in at least one sector such as Energy/Utilities, Telecoms, FMCG, Manufacturing/Industrial/, Financial Services, ICE (Information Technology, Communication & Entertainment, Pharma, Mining) etc.
