Please apply if you meet the following criteria:
1. Top University Bachelors Degree. Masters degree is desirable, not essential
2. Knowledge and experience (preferably in a consulting role or Global firm) with operations excellence concepts and tools such as value stream mapping, business process re-design, six sigma, lean thinking, modelling and simulation, cycle time reduction, facility layout design etc.
3. Fluent in Excel and good knowledge of Access or familiarity with modelling and simulation software, statistical analysis software is a plus
5. Industry certifications such as Six Sigma Blackbelt/Master Blackbelt, AIPCS, etc.are desired although not necessary
6. Legal authorisation to work in the UK
7. Second language a plus e.g. Dutch, French, German, Danish, Flemish, Russian, Japanese
